I can't stand bidding on jobs. I really can't. You can't help feeling cheap and underrated if you get the job, and you feel lame and unappreciated if you don't! There are lots of ways to build your portfolio, meet new clients and make money with graphic design. One of those avenues is online bid-for-work websites like Upwork. These sites let you upload your portfolio, check out job listings, and offer a bid to do the work based on the client's description of the job they need to be done.
